A theater in space.
In a perfect world, every old movie I've ever loved (or at least loved the idea of) would be entirely available on youtube and Netflix, on-demand globally and in a real live movie theatre.

So here is the “theatre” -- meticulously curated links to my favourite movies with full versions posted if they exist, some of which aren’t out on DVD. I've put in my time in what was then an oversimplified 'Cult' section at Rogers Video during the VHS days, and although I'm not that great of a writer you’ll find in the tags mini reviews, genres and sub genres. The tags are important here so listen up:

You could say “Just One Of The Guys” and the movie “Just One Of The Girls” are 80s Teen movies, but I want to get specific and call them 80s Teen Gender Switch movies. The gender switch has always been popular but it was also used in the 80s in Tootsie, which was filmed in NY and has a NY feel, so that becomes 80s NY Gender Switch Lives of Actors movies. I'm crazy but it excites me to see the patterns and possibly curate a festival of nothing but 80s Teen Gender Switch Movies, once I compile them all, you know?

This is also for my 17 year old cousin, who made the mistake of asking me recently “what kind of movies do you like?” She's never heard of “Pretty In Pink” so I have to include the hits along with the fairly obscure movies for my friends that think that they’ve seen them all.
